Prologic

Prologic and Cyntergy 1st line support enable Internacionale to rapidly integrate the MK One estate and prepare for further expansion.

Following the acquisition of MK One in November 2008, Internacionale, the "fast fashion" women's retailer, doubled the size of its retail estate. To address the challenge of providing 1st line support to 140 stores in the UK, Prologic, their system supplier, partnered with Cyntergy, the specialist, multi-lingual retail support and training organisation.

Denise Duncan, Internacionale's IT Manger is delighted with the new service. "Outsourcing 1st line support to Cyntergy has allowed us to provide IT support in the evenings and at weekends to a large retail estate without having to increase overheads. We're impressed with how quickly it has been implemented, providing us also with the flexibility and foundation for our expansion plans."

Prologic's Support Director, Collette Convery, said "This has proven to be a great success and complements the support services we already offer to our customers. We will be adding this to our service portfolio and offering it to all our existing retail customers and prospects."
